Husband and wife team Gerard and Nathalie Cuisset handle all the duties of farming and winemaking. All plowing is done by horse, enhanced biodiversity with organic plum trees in the vineyards, and extremely high planting density. Most vines date back to 1990. Natural fermentation with 2-3 week maceration in tank, aged 1 year in tank, no oak treatment.
