Vinification: full grapes are soft-pressed, we don’t remove the stalks (Whole Cluster fermentation). Fermentation comes in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature and indigenous yeast.
Maturation: stainless steel tanks with their yeast. We do Bàtonnage.
Aging: secondary fermentation in bottle, unfiltered.
Alcohol: 12% vol.
Cristiana Meggiolaro and her husband Riccardo decided to leave behind their old lives and start making wine in the Veneto in 2004.
Their focus is making small quantities of natural wine, centered around the Garganega grape as well as the indigenous Durella.
