Champagne Bourgeois-Diaz is a tiny 7 hectare farm south west of Reims in the hills around the town of Crouttes-sur-Marne. Jerome Bourgeois’s goal is to showcase the terroir of his home and craft Champagne with fine bubbles, low sugar and bright fruit backed up by lip-smacking minerality and acidity. The winery is fully certified Biodynamic.
