Free Local Delivery

Send us an email at, or call us at 518-874-1244 to discuss local delivery options. We will do our best to ensure we get you your wine at your convenience.

Build a Case

Want us to hold your wine until you have 12 bottles to ship? Just select Build a Case during checkout and once you've purchase 12 bottles we will send you a shipping invoice.

Order Sizes

We use standardized wine shippers that hold either 3, 6 or 12 bottles. Since shipping costs include a box large enough to accommodate your order, we recommend you fill the box up so you are not paying shipping for size/weight that is not being utilized.

Shipping Policy

22 2nd St. Wine Co. orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground Delivery. Shipping costs will be calculated after you've made a purchase, utilizing exact weight and shipping costs, and you will receive an email with a shipping invoice. Once the shipping invoice has been paid, your order will be processed, and you will receive an email confirming your scheduled shipment date and tracking number.

We may advise that you allow us to hold your purchase if we feel the weather may be detrimental to the safe transportation of the wine. If you choose to not have your order held upon our recommendation, we cannot assume responsibility for the condition of your wines upon delivery.

Due to specific state regulations, we cannot accept orders for wine shipments to any state outside of NY. We do not offer international shipping.

The buyer assumes title of the wines once purchased. By arranging for transportation of the wine, we are providing a service to and acting on behalf of the purchaser. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any wines into any state. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wine and other goods purchased and for determining the legality and the tax/duty consequences of having the wine shipped to him or her. We do apologize for the inconvenience if your state laws prevent us from servicing your area, and suggest that shipping be arranged to a direct-shipping friendly state. Please call if you have questions.
