Neutral spirit made from molasses; infusion of yellow gentian, trumpet gentian, wormwood, musk yarrow, genepy, and germander from Mount Noveis; additional infusions of chinchona, rhubarb, sweet and bitter orange, licorice and anise.

The original recipe and alpine profile of this historic amaro makes it a perfect after-dinner drink; this bottling in particular is defined by an herbaceous and piney character with a distinct gentian note.

Noveis is a mountain located between Valsesia and Valsessera, in Upper Piedmont, near the Francoli company headquarters. During the summer, its slopes are covered with rich and colorful alpine flora. In the 1950s, inspired by the richness of local roots and herbs, the Francoli family created Amaro Noveis as their first liqueur. Amaro Noveis is a testament to the values of authenticity, tradition, and sincerity that characterize the region.
