Rachael Petach makes C. Cassis products with blackcurrants sourced from local Hudson Valley farmer Greg Quinn at CurrantC. The currants undergo native yeast fermentation. Verbena, cardamom, bay leaf, citrus, and a New York neutral grain spirit is added.
