100% Poulsard
Jura, France
Grapes grown on the "En Boutasse" terroir. The vines, approximately 35-40 years old, are cultivated using biodynamic farming practices on marl-limestone soils. Manual harvest and indigenous yeast fermentation preserve natural character. The wine undergoes eight months of aging in stainless steel tanks and is bottled unfiltered with no added sulfur.
