Macerated white wine - muscat, viognier, macabeo
In Cotes Catalanes, Roussillon, FR. Owned/operated by Tom Lubbe; born in New Zealand and grew up in South Africa.
Fermented in large old barrels. Notes are ripe apricot, orange blossom, tropical pineapple, and minerals. Rich, full, hazy, tannic. Tom hasn't used any sulfur in his wines since 2015.
