Sandra Bravo studied Engineering and Enology at University in Rioja and worked in wineries of Bordeaux, Tuscany, New Zealand and California, followed by 7 years in Priorat. Sanda returned to her home region of Rioja Alavesa in 2012, to create pure and expressive wines. She works in some of the oldest, and highest altitude vineyards in the region, and her small winery is located in Villabuena de Álava. Sandra Bravo and her wines have been gaining a lot of traction due to her "hands-off" approach and the freshness of the terroir.
