Ouest [pronounced wɛst], noun, (point cardinal, direction, situation) embodies the spirit of the Pacific Northwest as a wine-growing region. This inaugural vintage hails from the Columbia Valley, which lies near the volcanic Cascade Mountains and features rolling hills and arid landscapes. Ouest is sourced from organic and sustainably farmed sites throughout the western Columbia Valley. Each of the vineyards we work with were picked in the early mornings in mid to late October and fermented with varying levels of whole cluster inclusion. 35 mg/l total sulfur. VEGAN
