Vintage Note: Ariane Lesné typically makes the Ithybole cuvee every year with Chenin Blanc. In 2021, her crop of Chenin Blanc was damaged by mildew. She used her crop of Pineau D'Aunis (a red grape variety) vinified as a white wine.
