Beautiful pale gold color with light straw reflections characterize this beautiful white wine that reveals fine floral aromas of acacia and honeysuckle. On the palate, the citrus notes subtly intertwine. With a beautiful structure, it is both round and supple and offers a relatively powerful aromatic finish.

Manual harvest. Whole cluster fermentation using indigenous yeasts in vats at around 20°C for three weeks. Settling and racking on fine lees. Aged in barrels for 6 months.

The Tracot estate has been rooted in Beaujolais for over eighty years and four generations. Today, Jean-Paul Dubost runs the 29-hectare estate in Lantignié and several small parcels in five of the Beaujolais Cru villages. Passionate about his terroir, he offers a range of wines that reflect all the nuances of Beaujolais. A precise and tailor-made approach with manual work all year long, respecting traditions and his terroir.
