A blend of heritage varieties from Catalunya: Eugènia, Camosa, Cor Glaçat, Reineta Terrera, Verda Doncella from a single plot in Mas Esquena in Joanetes, La Garrotxa. Ancestral method. 7% ABV. Native yeast, unfined/unfiltered. VEGAN, NO ADDED SULFUR.
